Cancellation Policy

I have read and accept the Studio Policy, Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions. I am voluntarily participating in classes, sessions, or workshops at AFitness, including but not limited to hot mat Pilates and reformer Pilates. I confirm that I am in good physical condition and able to safely participate in all classes. I understand that AFitness requires medical clearance if I am pregnant, think I may be pregnant, have recently given birth, or have any underlying medical conditions or injuries. I take full responsibility for my health and will consult a physician if I have any concerns. I acknowledge that fitness classes involve physical activity and carry risks of injury, illness, or other complications. I voluntarily assume all such risks, including injuries from equipment use or physical exertion. I release and discharge AFitness, its instructors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, demands, or actions related to my participation in studio activities. This includes all forms of negligence, except where prohibited by law. I understand and agree that late cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling within 12 hours of the scheduled class time will result in a fee of $12 for Hot Mat Pilates classes and $17 for Reformer Pilates classes. If the class is cancelled one hour before the class you will forfeit the full amount. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to offer spots to other members on the waitlist. I have read, understood, and agree to follow all AFitness studio policies, including cancellation, lateness, and health & safety rules. I allow Afitness/Adam Physio and Sports Clinic Ltd. to directly charge my credit card above for any future purchases on my account. I understand that I can cancel this authorization at any time. By proceeding, I confirm I have read, understood, and accept this waiver in full. This action serves as my official signature.
