Cancellation Policy

AFitness maintains a strict 6-hour cancellation policy to ensure fairness to clients and instructors.

Late Cancellations: Any class cancelled within 6 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $20 fee (for members). Class pack holders will forfeit the session.
No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up without notice will forfeit their session or credit.
Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will not be allowed to enter the class and will lose your session.
Filming: To maintain a respectful space, filming or photography during class is not allowed.

Purchasing: All single sessions, packs, and memberships must be purchased through the AFitness website.
Validity: Class packs (5, 10, 15) are valid for 1,2, or 3 months from the date of purchase, depending on which class pack is purchased.
Non-Transferable: Sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
Minimum Commitment: All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment and auto-renew monthly.
Cancellations: Memberships must be cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing date.

Clients must be 18+ to attend classes, or you need a parent consent. A valid ID may be required.
If you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant, or have a medical condition, you must notify the instructor and provide medical clearance before participating.
Pregnant clients may not attend hot mat Pilates under any circumstance.
