How Much Does Pilates Cost in St. Albert? Afitness Pricing, Intro Offers, and Memberships Explained

One of the first questions anyone asks before trying a studio is simple: how much is it going to cost? This guide lays out every way to pay for classes at Afitness Pilates in St. Albert, explains who each option suits, and answers the common questions about memberships, class packs, cancellations, and intro offers. Prices below are current as of October 2026. The booking page always shows the live prices.

What is the cheapest way to try Afitness?

Start with an intro offer. Afitness has two, and both are for new clients only:

  • One week unlimited hot mat Pilates, hot barre, and hot strength for $29. Attend as many heated classes as you like for seven days from your first class.

  • One week unlimited reformer Pilates for $59. Attend as many reformer classes as you like for seven days.

The hot mat intro does not include reformer classes, and the reformer intro does not include hot classes. If you want to try both formats, you can purchase both intro offers.

How much is a drop in class?

  • Hot mat Pilates, hot barre, or hot strength drop in: $25

  • Reformer Pilates drop in: $35

Drop ins suit visitors and anyone who only attends occasionally. If you plan to come more than once a week, a class pack or membership is cheaper per class.

How much are class packs?

Class packs are prepaid bundles with no monthly commitment. They are valid for one, two, or three months from purchase depending on the size of the pack.

Hot mat Pilates, hot barre, and hot strength packs

  • 5 classes: $115

  • 10 classes: $205

  • 15 classes: $269

Reformer Pilates packs

  • 5 classes: $149

  • 10 classes: $260

  • 15 classes: $435

Packs work well for women with unpredictable schedules, shift workers, and anyone who travels often.

How much is a monthly membership?

Memberships bill monthly and are the best value for anyone attending two or more times per week.

  • Hot mat Pilates, barre, and strength, 12 classes per month: $159

  • Hot mat Pilates, barre, and strength, unlimited: $189

  • Reformer, 12 classes per month: $279

  • Reformer unlimited: $339

  • Mix membership, 6 reformer plus 6 hot classes per month: $250

  • VIP unlimited, all reformer and all hot classes: $399

Which membership should I choose?

  • You love the heat and want to come three times a week: the 12 class hot membership at $159 works out to about $13 per class.

  • You want to come almost every day: unlimited hot at $189 is the lowest cost per class in the studio if you attend four or more times a week.

  • You want reformer strength as your main training: the 12 class reformer membership at $279 covers three classes a week.

  • You want the best of both: the mix membership gives you six reformer and six hot classes each month for $250.

  • You want everything, unlimited: VIP at $399 opens every class on the schedule.

Is there a contract?

Memberships auto renew monthly. Please review the current membership terms on the studio policy page and at checkout, including the required notice period before a billing date, before you sign up. Class packs and intro offers have no recurring billing.

What is the cancellation policy?

Afitness has a 6 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel a class less than 6 hours before it starts, members are charged a $20 late cancellation fee and class pack holders forfeit that session. A no show without notice forfeits the session or credit. Arriving more than 10 minutes late means you will not be admitted and the session is lost. These policies keep classes available for women on the waitlist.

Are classes refundable or transferable?

Sessions, packs, and memberships are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If the studio cancels a class, your credit is returned to your account and the validity of your package is extended so you can use it.

Does Afitness sell gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available in any amount through the Momence gift card checkout linked from our site. They can be used toward intro offers, drop ins, packs, and memberships.

How do I pay and book?

All purchases and bookings are made through Momence, either on the web booking page or in the Momence app. Create an account, purchase your option, and book into classes from the live schedule. Your bookings, credits, and membership details all live in the same place.

How does Afitness compare with other Pilates studios in St. Albert and Edmonton?

Reformer classes across the Edmonton area typically range from about $30 to $45 per drop in, and hot Pilates and yoga classes from about $20 to $30. Afitness sits in the middle of that range on drop ins and below many studios on memberships, particularly the hot unlimited and mix options. What is harder to compare is the room: Afitness is women only, classes are capped so instructors can correct form, and heated and reformer classes are under one roof.
